Prayer and Praise
Name |

Praise |
Jon |
- visiting family. His wife’s brother recently passed away. <ongoing> |
Jon states that all went well and he could tell God was answering our prayers by all the good he saw in a sad time |
Bill E |
His Father has passed away. Pray that the “God of all comfort” will comfort him and his entire extended family. That God’s will shine in this darkness and the powerful truth of “Where, O death, is your victory? Where, O death, is your sting?” will prevail even in the midst of all that we do not know or understand. We know Jesus came to Earth for this very reason, to conquer sin and death forever. He alone has authority in this. |

i. My daughter-in-law has some form of cancer from the miscarriage she recently had. She was rushed to the hospital last in the midnight hours and then had surgery in the afternoon. I think it was a further scraping to remove whatever cancerous effects from the miscarriage. She is now on a surveillance program with an Oncologist. <ongoing> ii. I might have an opportunity to lead a BSF group at Folsom prison. I would like this if it is God’s will. iii. Latest word from SSDI is they are not considering reinstating me despite their error. Meeting 8/11 |
it looks like I am in! I will be trained during the summer and work with the BSF children. I will start at the prison in the Fall |
