My name is Erv Thomas. My phone # is: 916-792-6389 * My email is: [email protected] * I am selling my 1988, 36' Catalina sailboat (pic below). I am only asking for $39,900 ($35,000 "as is" with no other effort(s) by me or the buyer) * I recently had a brain tumor that has impacted my ability to get to Redwood City and either sail my boat or even relax in the beautiful marina. Deanna, the dock-master, will allow some level of live-aboard if anyone wants to use this as cheap housing while working in the Bay Area.

To me, this is a HUGE selling point. Very cheap marina with access to a private pool with lap lane and jacuzzi, weight room, gas BBQ and showers. Caltrain is within walking distance and I would take it both north (to SF) and south (to Mountain View)
Sequoia Yacht Club
I was a member there and know the key people who have extensive sailing backgrounds and experience.
They are right off Seaport Blvd

I think this is where I was going to buy my new exhaust manifold
