Story 1 - Emmanuel
I have know Emmanuel for a few weeks having met him at Talk Time. He is a Christian from West Africa and getting his MS in EE. He is really just a delightful young man who just radiates the peace and gentleness of Christ. He will be taking over leading our investigative Bible studies starting in one week. I will mentor him and he has already seen how I go about the process, letting the students discover the truths from the Bible by just asking thoughtful questions. He came to the Intel tour and my talk on Finding a Job (You can see the video of my talk by clicking the link in the upper right hand corner entitled My Talks). I hope I can help him find an internship at Intel
Story 2 - Jane
I also met Jane at my talk. She is an EE student that goes to Folsom Lake College. Nice to see some of the students from Folsom showing up to our talks and dinners. She has applied to Berkeley and will find out by the end of April. I have been working with her on how to improve her resume and also get an internship at Intel this summer. She is going with Alan and a few other students to do ministry in LA over her Spring Break (which is this week). I believe she is a Christian and I hope she can help grow our group in Folsom

Prayer Requests
- God will continue to bless our open door with ELI and the Indian engineering students. That we can grow these groups and reach even more students << They are just waiting for us to get our room assignment reestablished>>
- God would show us why the attendance at our Talk Times and Bible studies have been decreasing. Does He want us to just focus more on the ones that are coming or be more creative in meeting their needs while communicating the gospel?
- SSDI. I find out January 13, 2015 if I qualify for SSDI. <<Yes, approved! Thank You, Lord!>>
- Should we take the NorCal international students down to LA for Big Break, or create our own event up here for them, when they are on spring break. <<One group of students are now in LA doing community projects and I took 2 groups to Tahoe and Intel last week. Things went perfect and the students expressed lots of appreciation!>>
- Reinstatement of our club charter so we can meet in a classroom once again. <<In process. Hurry up, Lord>>
Admonition
“Are you tired? Worn out? Burned out on religion? Come to me. Get away with me and you’ll recover your life. I’ll show you how to take a real rest. Walk with me and work with me—watch how I do it. Learn the unforced rhythms of grace. I won’t lay anything heavy or ill-fitting on you. Keep company with me and you’ll learn to live freely and lightly.” - Matt 11:28-30
